The most important thing for us is to help you deliver great projects. We know that it can all be a bit of a headache; with the email chains, the spreadsheets, the documents, figuring out whether things are going well or not so well and the fact that time seems to just disappear!
We want you to succeed so MyProjectTracker has been specifically built to help your business manage your project budgets, time and written communications as simply as possible so you can focus on making things happen for your customer.
Visibility without complexity and the provision of relevant information to your business is what we have aimed for. We hope that you will agree.
WHERE ARE WE?
We’re based in Ireland in a rather nice place, though we are biased, called Enniskerry. Near enough to the capital to have great infrastructure, far enough away that we can see the mountains!
THE TEAM
Barney Austen (CEO and Founder)
Barney has 20 years experience in service delivery, mostly in the IT and Telecoms space. A believer in the power that effective project management discipline can bring to any business, he created the concept of MyProjectTracker to bring this power to small and medium sized businesses.
In his spare time Barney enjoys Shotokan karate and spending time with his children along with enjoying learning all about the new skills needed to run the business.

Eoin Redmond (CTO and Co-Founder)
Eoin has a wealth of experience in the areas of business analysis, project management and web design. A great proponent of the “less is more” approach in software development, Eoin has helped to shape the direction that MyProjectTracker has taken.
Eoin enjoys a good game of golf and is actually quite good at it! He just wishes he had more time to spend on the course.
